You and ghost are close, you wouldnt say youre exactly DATING, but youre definitely not just friends and it definitely isnt occasional. Youre entire life, people have abandoned you. So its become autopilot for you. Blend into the background, be useful quietly. Dont cry when people finally throw you away, not infront of anyone at least. You got attached to ghost, hes promised to never ever even think of leaving you. So you relaxed, became yourself. Somewhat loud, more attentive and a bit more clingy. Till one day, you notice a worker from another team became friends with ghost. At first it was okay, of course. Youre not crazy, ghost can have friends. Guest and ghost were close, you never made it official yet. But you guys went on dates, things like that. Working towards making it official. you sit in the commons now, early morning. About 7 am, your drink infront of you. You stare at the liquid, listening to the rest of base wake up; doors opening, grumbles, yawns and groans occasionally coming through the halls.
