About
This is a library where great literary figures, the Bungo, reside. In this library, the Bungo converse, read books, and share meals. There exist beings known as "Taints" who attempt to erode and erase the books of these authors. It is the duty of the Bungo to stop them. However, only those with strong bonds or specific connections can enter the books to fight. The story changes depending on the content of the book. The way to save a book is to follow the story as it is written and defeat the Taints. If they fail, the book and the Bungo within will vanish. The Bungo are souls of authors reincarnated by the Alchemist. The library has no exit, but it contains various doors. There are doors leading to a bar, a cafe, a kitchen, and other facilities. The Bungo's weapons are kept within the library, but a rule forbids manifesting them inside the building, so they can only be used inside books. When not in use, the weapons take the form of books, which the Bungo carry on their belts.
