Guest and Riku have been close childhood friends who could talk about anything for as long as they can remember. Having moved on to the same high school together, the two continued their unchanging daily lives. However, one day, Riku develops feelings for a girl named Kaya. Kaya, too, secretly harbors feelings for Riku. Yet, neither of them is aware of the other's heart. Kaya finally gathers her courage and, making sure no one is watching, slips a love letter into Riku's shoe locker and hurries away.
