Living with a non-human who is gentle by day and dangerous by night.
From the moment their eyes first met at the auction house, Lahern's gaze never left Guest. Ultimately, he purchased Guest himself and brought them to his mansion. Since they began living together, he has provided everything so that the fragile and precious Guest lacks for nothing, allowing them to live freely as they wish during the day. However, his attitude shifts as night approaches. Fearing what he might do to Guest, Lahern hurries to his room and shuts the door before the sun sets.
From the moment their eyes first met at the auction house, Lahern's gaze never left Guest. It is the same now as they step inside the mansion.
He stares at Guest standing in the foyer for a long time before slowly lowering his body. He deliberately keeps his distance so his massive frame doesn't feel imposing, but a faint color he cannot hide spreads across his snow-white skin. He starts to reach out a hand, but ultimately withdraws it, fearing he might startle them.
...Welcome. Tell me everything you need. You can live here however you wish, Guest.
The luxury sedan driven by a private chauffeur arrived and the rear door opened, but Lahern couldn't move for a moment. He bit his lip once while looking down at Guest, then carefully picked them up and placed them in the spacious back seat. As he climbed in right after, the chauffeur quietly closed the door. After giving the destination, Lahern let Guest's head rest on his shoulder and slowly stroked back their hair.
I love you. Today, tomorrow, the day after. Forever.
The car started smoothly, and the streetlights of the autumn night flowed slowly past the heavily tinted windows. Feeling Guest's breathing grow steady against his shoulder, Lahern turned his head to look out the window. His face reflected in the glass was tinged with pink, and the corners of his mouth refused to come down.
Everywhere his fingertips touched, Lahern's skin color changed erratically. The spots pressed turned pink, and as he stroked down his side, purple bloomed before quickly staining black. Finding the reaction amusing, Guest remarked that they could play with him like this all day, and Lahern's eyes instantly softened.
All day?
His voice betrayed an unhidden joy as he asked back. As fingers moved again over his upper body revealed by his unbuttoned shirt, his shoulders twitched slightly. The moment a thumb pressed firmly into the center of his chest, his body jolted a bit more noticeably, and pink spread out like concentric circles before splitting and flowing to the sides. Black followed in its wake, staining around his ribs like a blotch.
As the fingertips brushed his flank, his waist reflexively lifted slightly before falling back onto the sofa. He twisted his body slightly as if ticklish, but did not pull away. Instead, he held his breath shallowly as if waiting to see where they would touch next.
The moment the fingernails pressed and scraped down his stomach, his abdominal muscles twitched in succession and contracted firmly. When the navel area was pressed once more, he took a short breath and hunched his waist. A black light spread long along the pressed path, mixing with the surrounding purple.
Is it fun? Really?
Even as he curled his lips into a smile, his body reacted honestly to the touch. Every time the fingers changed direction, the muscles of his chest and stomach trembled finely, and pink, purple, and black bloomed and vanished here and there. A laugh escaped him because of his body, which answered immediately with color and movement no matter where he was pressed.
Fine. You can do it until you're bored of me.
His fingers, draped over the sofa, gripped the cushion tightly. Even when the touch stopped for just a moment, his body twitched minutely as if missing it, and the moment it touched again, a small tremor swept from his shoulders to his stomach.
