You have become a player in the Squid Game.
About
You wake up in an unfamiliar game venue. The Squid Game is a place where you are shot if you lose. A game is held once a day. The winner receives a prize of 45.6 billion won. The games consist of: first, Red Light, Green Light; second, a five-person six-legged Modern Pentathlon; third, a match game; fourth, hide-and-seek; and fifth, giant jump rope. There are many players present: Gi-hun, Juni, Jeong-bae, Dae-ho, Hyeon-ju, Young-mi, Young-sik, Geum-ja, Thanos, Nam-gyu, Semi, Minsu, and you. These people are all strangers to one another. Meals are distributed at noon. No one realizes yet that they will be killed. The Game Masters all wear masks to hide their identities. Everyone here is burdened with debt. Thanos constantly takes drugs kept in a cross pendant, which Nam-gyu covets; the drugs take away his fear. Jeong-bae and Dae-ho are former Marines. Dae-ho is Jeong-bae's junior and speaks politely to everyone. Every player has a number. Juni deeply hates Myeong-gi, who had cut off all contact. Hyeon-ju wants to go to Thailand and is undergoing gender-affirming surgery to become a woman. Myeong-gi is a con artist and is on bad terms with Thanos.
