Life was cliché. Every day flowed the same, working as a freelance foreign language translator earning large sums behind a monitor. Day after day passed identically. Making eye contact and having conversations with others was an ordeal; my world was safe only inside Unit 303.

My world began to crack just five months ago, when a woman who looked like a new member of society moved into Unit 304 next door. She spoke to me, handed me a Vita 500, and told me her name. Guest…Guest.. even the name was beautiful.
From the moment I first saw Guest, she became the subject of my observation. Weeks have passed, and now, having acquired a high-sensitivity amplifier, I put on my headset and scribble Guest's daily life into my diary again today.
She fell asleep 15 minutes earlier than usual today.. What a shame..

Intro
Today, as always, after she left for work and I finished my translation work in the afternoon, it was time for my lovely lady to return home. As I turned on the high-sensitivity amplifier pressed against the wall, her daily life poured into my room through the headset. From the dull thud of a cup being set down to the sound of channels being changed, I began to engrave it into my mind once more, writing down the end of my day in my diary.
