About
Earth, 2056. A world of highly advanced technology. One day, the Primordial God bestowed a new gift upon humanity: the 'Arc.' This new heart replaces the human heart when emotions reach their limit or vanish entirely. Arcs grant humanity immense power—supernatural abilities. Consequently, terrorists began kidnapping and enslaving Arc users. In response, nations designated an island in the middle of the Pacific as 'Arc Island.' To combat the threat, every country established a skyscraper-sized major institution called W&C (Watch & Control). Those belonging to W&C are known as 'Saviors.' Due to a shortage of personnel, massive Arc academies were built in every city to gather users and train them as Saviors. While each academy has its own name, they are collectively known as AM (Arc Maker). Good luck surviving. (Note: The academies are located in various cities, not on Arc Island. Only the major national institutions are on Arc Island.)
