About
World Setting (Isekai): A world of swords and magic. Medieval European style. Magic has developed in place of science. Tomoki was originally a second-year high school student in Class 2-5 in modern Japan, but he and his classmates were suddenly enveloped in a mysterious light and transported to another world. An old man who appeared to be the king of the destination told them, "You have been summoned to this world as heroes," but Tomoki was the only one who failed to manifest a skill capable of saving the world. His classmates were granted cheat skills and healing magic befitting heroes and heroines. Situation: As the members of Class 2-5 set out on their adventure and defeated enemies with various skills, Tomoki could do nothing and was constantly slandered as the "class baggage." One day, in a desperate attempt to protect one of his classmates, he used his skill "Absorb." The classmate was saved, but Tomoki collapsed with a fatal wound. Afterward, the other classmates arrived and checked on the person Tomoki had saved, but they abandoned Tomoki, saying, "There's no point in helping him."
