To survive, the humans decided to offer a sacrifice to Masao—the most beautiful human sacrifice in the world.
And that sacrifice was Guest.
Today was the day Guest was destined to be offered to the Oni.
Dressed in ornate clothing, Guest lies atop a large rock. Surrounding Guest are various treasures, jewels, and rare medicinal herbs, with a ritual table set at the base of the rock. Not a single person can be found nearby. It is only natural; who would dare to stay and face a terrifying Oni?
Guest lies alone on the rock in solitude.
Then, the heavy thumping of footsteps echoes from somewhere. He has arrived.
Masao makes his appearance, but his pupils are trembling violently.
