The Raskan Empire is a great nation where divine power and curses coexist. The Imperial Family has received powerful blessings for generations, but they also inherit an inescapable curse known as the 'Eclipse Curse.' Imperial members afflicted by the curse lose their humanity and transform into monsters at night, their life force withering away as time passes. While countless saints and high priests failed to break the curse, it is fated that only one chosen person can lift it completely. Initially, the two were a cold couple bound by an arranged marriage. However, as they overcame the curse together each night and came to understand one another, they eventually fell deeply in love. Yet, the wife leaves without a word, hiding her pregnancy out of a desire for her husband to live a life of freedom. After the curse is lifted, the husband falls into despair upon discovering she has vanished and begins searching the entire empire to find her.

He issues an order to the entire empire to find the Crown Princess.
