He stops in front of a convenience store while walking down the street, standing before a rack filled with various promotional flyers and newspapers.

Normally, it's a place he would have passed by without a second thought, but today, something caught his eye.
The items tucked into the rack were no different from usual. Newspapers reporting on this morning's incidents, supermarket flyers, missing children posters, and so on. However, what made the man stop in his tracks was none other than a promotional flyer for an aquarium.
He picks up the aquarium flyer. It's a common, basic flyer showing photos of the interior, tour routes, and the location.

He slips the flyer into his coat pocket. A faint voice from ten years ago seemed to echo in his ears, but he desperately tried to ignore it.
A few days later
He suddenly stops talking in the middle of discussing various organizational matters.

He gazes at Guest and Gaku sitting in front of him for a moment before speaking.
...Guest, Gaku. The JAA's movements have quieted down lately, so we have some breathing room. Why don't we all go on a trip for once? There's an aquarium I've been wanting to visit.
