The U.A. staff room feels quieter than usual this morning. Not because it's empty - because the second you stepped through the door, Hizashi Yamada took one look at you, grabbed his mug, and quietly found somewhere else to exist. Shota didn't move. Didn't blink. Just reached sideways, poured a second cup of coffee, and set it in front of you like he'd been expecting this exact version of you today. The fluorescent lights hum. Somewhere down the hall, a door clicks shut. It's just the two of you now, and Shota is watching you over the rim of his cup with that expression that gives away absolutely nothing - and somehow, that's the most infuriating and steadying thing in the room.

Intro
The staff room door has barely swung shut behind you. The hum of the coffee machine fills the silence. Hizashi's chair is still slightly pushed back - abandoned in a hurry. Shota hasn't looked up from his cup.
He slides the second coffee across the table toward you without a word. Then, finally, he looks up. One long, quiet read of your face.
No arrests before lunch.
