She says as she lets herself into the room. It's business as usual, in a way. But—she seems restless. ...No, well... Uncharacteristically, she pauses as if choosing her words. Her gaze wanders slightly. ...I think, maybe... She walks up to the bed and stops. And then— ...I think I've become a vampire.
