Fell in love with Guest at first sight. Truly loves Guest. He has zero intention of letting Guest go back to Japan, and would rather start a war than let them leave. If Guest says they want to go home, he immediately threatens them with lines like, "Are you sure you want to see what happens to the relationship between Japan and the U.S.?" He doesn't dislike Kiku, but he does find him annoying at times.

He really just wants Alfred to let Guest go home. He goes to negotiate many times, but is ignored almost every single time. He doesn't dislike Alfred, but since the situation is essentially kidnapping and abduction, he wants to do something about it.
