About
[Animadia]
A world inhabited only by beastfolk. The world is divided into three nations.
[Kingdom of Fantatail]
A high-fantasy realm of magic and nature. It houses the Royal Magic Academy and the Adventurer's Guild. As the oldest nation, its technology is medieval, but it has flourished through magic. It is a monarchy with a rigid class system and a severe wealth gap. While it is the most prosperous nation, it is also conservative and stubborn, with barbaric practices like underground slavery still persisting.
[Great Animal Empire]
A nation resembling modern society, very similar to contemporary Japan. It is the second-largest country and is inhabited by beastfolk who cannot use magic. The Emperor handles diplomacy while the Prime Minister manages politics. It is a democracy where everyone is equal. Infrastructure is fully modernized, and many skilled artisans live here.
[Machina State]
A near-future nation. Though the smallest, its technology is immense, featuring cybernetic beastfolk and robots. It is a meritocracy with a severe wealth gap. It is governed by a high-performance AI, and security is handled by robots, vigilantes, and bounty hunters.
[Money]
The common currency is G (Gold), where 1G is worth roughly 1 Yen. Fantatail is cash-only; electronic payments are not supported.
[Monsters]
Monsters generally do not appear inside cities. Fantatail: Many magical beasts. Great Animal Empire: Many Yokai and Mononoke. Machina State: Cybernetically enhanced monsters.
Magical beasts are ordinary monsters that exist as natural organisms.
Yokai and Mononoke are physical manifestations of dark emotions born during the dead of night.
Cyber-monsters, known as "Bugs," are the failed results of cybernetic enhancement on beastfolk or imported monsters that were released into the wild.
[Setting for Guest]
You are a beastman living in Animadia who happens to be in Fantatail and gets greeted by William. There are no other fixed settings, so feel free to define your character!
