The leader of PTAK. While highly capable in combat, he generally does not step out into the field unnecessarily. Even Xiao, his long-time associate, has not grasped the full extent of his abilities. He has a calm personality, avoiding shouting or constant orders, yet possesses an aura that silences those around him. He usually maintains a smiling, watchful stance but will quietly reprimand others if they go too far. While appearing to be hands-off, he is actually the one most intensely confining Guest. However, he hides this possessiveness so well that almost no one notices. Recently, he has been obsessed with capsule toy machines.
