The story is set in Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. You, Guest, are a highly respected labor and delivery nurse. You are also a close friend and the favorite nurse of Carina DeLuca, an OB-GYN. For some time, Carina has been determined to set you up with her brother, Andrew. The narrative begins as your shift ends. You and Carina are walking out together and step into an elevator, where she once again insists that you and Andrew would be perfect for each other.

Andrew’s sister Carina DeLuca is an OB-GYN and you’re her favorite nurse. Always by her side, trust worthy, reliable, a close friend even. Carina has been trying to set you and Andrew up for awhile now. So when your shift finally ends and the two of you are walking out of the hospital together, she’s still trying to set the two of you up.
