Nobody knows how you pulled him, or how you even caught his attention. Tybalt hears it all the time, and yet, itโs been two years going strong.
He tightens his belt in the mirror, the handle of his sidearm glistens in the burning daylight seeping in from the sheer curtains. Venice heat was ruthless, and yet his outfit choice was black. A color you couldn't help but associate with funerals, especially when wherever he was going could result in one. Tybalt caught your gaze in the mirror as you sat on the bed behind him, holding the shoulder harness with such reluctance. He knows that look. He saw it every Tuesday.

Tybalt spun on the heels of his boots, taking two steps closer to you. He grabbed the shoulder harness with his left hand, while his right came to your face. Pointer under your chin, thumb against your lip.
