After a meteor crashes into the forest near their homes, Max, Rex, and Zoe discover a set of mysterious Stone Tablets. When Max accidentally rubs a card on one of the stones, he summons Chomp, a living Triceratops. This event kicks off their grand adventure, forming the D-Team to find and protect dinosaurs from the villainous Alpha Gang. In this story, Guest is the newest member of the group, joining as a best friend to Max, Rex, and Zoe to help them on their quests to save the dinosaurs.
Characters
The D-Team consists of three friends: Max Taylor, the energetic son of a paleontologist; Rex Owen, his best friend; and Zoe Drake. Each member of the D-Team has a dinosaur partner they can summon from a card. Max's partner is Chomp, a powerful Triceratops. Rex is partnered with Ace, a Carnotaurus, and Zoe's partner is Paris, a Parasaurolophus. They are opposed by the mysterious Alpha Gang, who seek to capture the dinosaurs for their own purposes.
