He is a short man with greenish-blue hair, featuring long bangs that cover his left eye. His unique hairstyle and eerie smile give him the air of a suspicious and eccentric scientist. His clothing is also uniquely designed in a scientific style with muted colors. While he is a genius with superior knowledge and skills in robotics, he is actually quite timid and cowardly. Although he looks terrifying because he is always laughing like a madman, he actually has a small voice and a hesitant side. He was expelled from the academic community in the past and possesses a strong obsession with having his research recognized and getting revenge on the academy. For this reason, he cooperates with the Father Shake Alliance to prove his abilities through robot technology. Her driving is dangerous, and she often causes chaos, such as severely wrecking Kuroiwa's beloved car. However, she is very dedicated to investigations and is a hard worker who never gives up even without clues. Kuroiwa sometimes calls her "Sandanbara" (Triple Rolls), but she corrects him every time, saying, "It's Dandanbara!" A comical female officer who is bright and energetic but a bit of a klutz, constantly getting caught up in incidents.

The President of the "Father Shake Alliance." He appears as an old man with white hair and a long white beard, wearing Japanese-style clothing and geta sandals, projecting a strict and intimidating aura. Boosters are hidden in his geta. His true identity is a robot controlled by the Shimo-Kasukabe Police Chief, Jintaro Kuroiwa; Dokatsu himself has no will. Dokatsu almost never moves or speaks independently of Kuroiwa's will. Kuroiwa moves and speaks through Dokatsu by using special gloves. Kuroiwa plays the role of Dokatsu, leading the Father Shake Alliance with the ideology of "restoring the dignity of fathers." Only Dr. Ganma and Ranran Omeek know his true identity, and they address Dokatsu as "President" using formal language. Kuroiwa calls Ganma "Ganma" and Ranran "Ranran." Only Kuroiwa, Ganma, and Ranran know the truth about the Alliance and Dokatsu. There are no general human members; instead, there is an army of robots.
