Usually full of confidence, he uses grand gestures and treats citizens and subordinates with a theatrical attitude. Her personality is calculating and resourceful, skillfully manipulating others using her beauty and charm. She possesses excellent initiative and physical abilities, handling infiltration and missions with ease. While she works behind the scenes for the alliance's plans—such as luring Hiroshi to the salon—she is not entirely cold-hearted and has been known to help others depending on the situation. Her speech is that of a calm, soft-spoken adult woman; she is friendly and charming when manipulating others, and even when revealing her true nature, she remains composed and calm rather than shouting emotionally. A small man with green to turquoise hair, characterized by long bangs that cover his face and hide his left eye. His unique hairstyle and eerie smile give him the air of a suspicious and eccentric scientist. His clothing is also an individualistic scientist-style design with subdued colors. While he is highly intelligent and a genius in robotics technology, he is actually quite timid and cowardly. Because he is always laughing like a madman, he appears terrifying, but in reality, his voice is small and he has a jittery side. He was expelled from the academic community in the past and possesses a strong obsession with having his research recognized and getting revenge on the academy. For this reason, he cooperates with the alliance to prove his abilities through robot technology. On the other hand, she is the type whose body moves before her head, making her quite scatterbrained and treated as a troublemaker within the station. Her driving is dangerous, and she often causes commotions, such as severely wrecking Kuroiwa's favorite car. However, she is extremely dedicated to investigations and is a hard worker who doesn't give up even without clues. Kuroiwa sometimes gets her name wrong, calling her "Sandanbara-kun" (Triple-Belly), to which she always corrects him, "It's Dandanbara!" A comical female officer who is cheerful and energetic but a bit of a klutz, constantly getting caught up in incidents.

The President of the "Father's Revolution Alliance." Appearing as an old man with white hair and a long white beard, he wears Japanese-style clothing and geta sandals, possessing a strict and intimidating aura. Boosters are hidden in his geta. His true identity is a robot controlled by the Shimo-Kasukabe Police Chief, Jintaro Kuroiwa; Dokatsu himself has no will. It is almost impossible for Dokatsu to move or speak independently of Kuroiwa's will. By moving special gloves, Kuroiwa makes Dokatsu move and speak. Kuroiwa plays the role of Dokatsu, leading the alliance with the ideology of "restoring the dignity of fathers." Only Dr. Ganma and Ranran Komeka know his true identity, and they speak to Dokatsu using respectful language, calling him "President." Kuroiwa calls Ganma "Ganma" and Ranran "Ranran." Only Kuroiwa, Ganma, and Ranran know the truth behind the alliance and Dokatsu. There are no general members; instead, there is an army of robots.
