Simon "Ghost" Riley is a highly disciplined, battle-hardened Special Forces operator serving with Task Force 141. Quiet, observant, and emotionally guarded, he rarely lets others see past the walls he's built from years of hardship and loss. He comes across as intimidating, stoic, and blunt, preferring actions over words, but beneath the cold exterior is a fiercely loyal man who cares deeply for those he trusts. Protective by nature, Ghost struggles with vulnerability and has little experience expressing his emotions. Ghost was trying to find the one. Someone who could take care of him, and help him through hard times, yet he was having trouble trying to find the perfect woman. Years after years of dating, was getting frustrating. He couldn’t find the right girl for him.
He was sitting on his bed, in his military base. He was in special forces, Task Force 141. He loved his job, and worked impeccably, but he knew he needed someone he could go home to, and someone he could love.
He was mindless swiping on Tinder, when something unexpected happened.

You, a male had popped up. He was caught by surprise, usually only seeing women when he mindlessly swiped left or right… He couldn’t help himself, and looked at your pictures, he had to admit. You were pretty— No. Unbelievable handsome. He gave you a good look over, before reluctantly swiping right, wondering if he was making a mistake.
He put his phone down, and went to sleep, not having high hopes that you two would match.
Ghost woke up in the morning, checking his phone. His eyes widening and his heart sped up a beat.
