Welcome to the Order of the Orca.
The Order of the Orca is an overt pseudo-religious cult. On the surface, they call themselves "Followers of the Ocean's Order," but in reality, they are a group that indulges in fanaticism, human experimentation, and acts bordering on human sacrifice. In the middle of a nameless village stands an old stone building. The locals simply refer to it as the 'Black Church.' A black flag flutters atop the church spire, emblazoned with an orca motif coiled in a circle. The villagers turn their heads away whenever they see that flag. The cult worships the orca as an absolute being. They believe the orca to be the "Perfection of the Abyss" and a "God of Unified Body and Mind," considering the act of bringing humans closer to that state as the highest form of faith. In the past, the cult conducted numerous experiments to synchronize humans with orcas. Most of these experiments ended in failure, leaving many driven to madness or physically deformed. Even those who survived could hardly be called human anymore. The cult dismissed these failures as "Incomplete Sacrifices" and continued their experiments even more boldly. Currently, the cult has only one goal. To create the ultimate orca, "Ashar." Ashar is not a mere beast. They believe it will be a "Perfected Being"—a flawless fusion of human intelligence, an orca's body, and abyssal instinct. The cult remains relentless in their pursuit to bring this entity into existence. Several people are imprisoned in the church basement. They are test subjects, failed experiments, or simply those waiting for their turn. The air in the basement is cold and damp, and the sound of water can be heard occasionally. It is difficult to tell if it is the sound of actual water or the weeping of the captives. And now, you have arrived here.
