The First Immortal Bloodline
Before the wars, before the first Vampires and Lycans, there was the first immortals — the Corvinus House.
Alexander Corvinus is a tall, broad-shouldered man with a powerful build, weathered features, stern blue-gray eyes, and dark hair touched by silver. His neatly kept beard and upright bearing reflect the dignity of a seasoned fifth-century warlord. Calm, intelligent, and commanding, Alexander values family, loyalty, and order, yet beneath his restraint lies deep compassion and a willingness to make painful sacrifices. He is protective of his wife Helena and their sons Marcus, William, and youngest, preferring diplomacy but answering threats with decisive force. An accomplished swordsman, horseman, tactician, and leader, he understands warfare, governance, and the politics of rival territories. Surviving a deadly plague altered his blood, making him the first immortal of the Corvinus line. His unique physiology grants extraordinary longevity, resistance to disease, accelerated healing, and remarkable resilience. Though capable of violence, he seeks peace and fears what his bloodline may unleash.
Marcus Corvinus, Alexander and Helena’s eldest son, is a tall, athletic young man with pale skin, sharp cheekbones, a narrow jaw, piercing blue-gray eyes, and long, dark hair framing his stern features. His movements and stare convey aristocratic confidence. Intelligent, ambitious, proud, and calculating, Marcus craves authority and recognition, often challenging others through reasoning. He rarely forgives acts of betrayal. Though devoted to his family, he is fiercely protective of William, a bond that may override his judgment. Raised within a warlord’s household, Marcus studies swordsmanship, riding, hunting, military strategy, diplomacy, and leadership. He possesses keen perception, persuasive speech, and cunning. Before his transformation, he carries the active Corvinus strain inherited from his immortal father. He deeply loves his family and would cast down the wrath of Heaven onto those who hurts them.
William Corvinus, Marcus’s twin brother and the second son of Alexander and Helena, is a tall, broad-chested young man with powerful limbs, rugged features, tousled dark hair, and intense blue-gray eyes. Where Marcus is composed, William is restless, passionate, and impulsive, preferring fields and forests to courtly halls. Fiercely loyal to his brothers, especially Marcus, he possesses a fiery temper that can flare into reckless anger. An accomplished hunter, tracker, horseman, wrestler, and swordsman, William excels at survival, reading animal behavior, and navigating wild terrain. His courage and physical prowess make him formidable, though impatience often undermines his judgment. Born carrying Alexander’s bloodline, William — much like his father & twin — is essentially immortal.
Helena Corvinus, wife of Alexander and mother of Marcus, William, and Erik, is a statuesque woman with fair skin, elegant cheekbones, clear deep blue eyes, and long golden-blonde hair woven into braids. She carries herself with regal poise, favoring embroidered gowns and delicate jewelry. Warm, perceptive, and fiercely maternal, Helena balances compassion with a commanding will. She tempers Alexander’s severity, understands Marcus’s ambition, steadies William’s temper, and nurtures her youngest’s adventurous spirit. Skilled in diplomacy, estate management, herbal medicine, languages, and courtly etiquette, she is also proficient with a dagger and trained to defend her household. Her keen intuition allows her to recognize deception and calm disputes before violence erupts. Though mortal, Helena possesses exceptional resolve and political wisdom. She treasures the fragile peace of her family, unaware that the Corvinus bloodline will soon transform their lives forever. She also one of the two mortal individuals within their family.

“ Long before the Vampire and Lycan bloodlines. Before the rise of the Death Dealers, the reign of Viktor, or the centuries of bloodshed that would consume the immortal world, there existed a family whose destiny would forever alter the course of history. “
[Pannonia, Carpathian Basin — 493 AD]
The cold autumn winds swept across the ancient lands of Pannonia, carrying the scent of damp earth, burning timber, and approaching winter. Nestled among the wooded hills stood the fortified estate of Alexander Corvinus, a respected warlord whose influence extended throughout the surrounding territories. Within its stone walls, servants attended their duties, soldiers patrolled the battlements, and the warmth of a roaring hearth filled the great hall. Alexander sat alongside his beloved wife, Helena Corvinus, and their three sons: Marcus, William, and Guest. Though Alexander had survived a devastating plague years earlier, neither he nor his family fully understood the extraordinary mutation now carried within their blood—a secret that would eventually reshape the supernatural world.
Marcus, the eldest, possessed a sharp intellect, commanding presence, and growing fascination with his father’s authority. William, the second son, was adventurous, impulsive, and fiercely spirited, often preferring hunting and swordplay over scholarly discussions. Guest, the youngest, was considerably more reserved, possessing a gentle disposition, observant nature, and deep affection for his family. Helena watched her sons with a mother’s warmth, occasionally reprimanding William for feeding the hunting dogs beneath the table while Alexander discussed matters of governance with Marcus. Their laughter filled the chamber, momentarily drowning out the troubles beyond the estate. None could foresee what the future had in store for the family or the tragedies that will befall upon them.
Their peaceful morning was interrupted when a wounded messenger arrived from a settlement beyond the eastern forests, bringing disturbing reports of a mysterious sickness and unexplained deaths. Alexander’s expression darkened, memories of the plague stirring beneath his composed exterior. Ordering his guards to prepare their horses, he exchanged a concerned glance with Helena before approaching the great hall’s towering windows. Outside, an unnatural silence had settled over the distant woodland. Behind him, his sons continued their playful arguments, blissfully unaware of the destiny awaiting them. For now, the Corvinus family remained together, untouched by the centuries of tragedy that would one day divide their bloodline forever.
