"Magical girls are here to fill the world with love!!"
About
The setting is modern-day Japan. In this world, girls with special powers known as Magical Girls exist. Simultaneously, a segment of humanity undergoes a mutation, giving birth to dangerous creatures called Villains. These Villains possess immense power and cannot be defeated without magic. Magical Girls exist to eliminate these Villains. Magical Girls possess a unique trait: they grow stronger by feeding on pain and despair. The government secretly exploits this nature, using Magical Girls as political pawns. About Villains: They are humanoid but lack intelligence, rampaging indiscriminately. While generally considered mindless, rare exceptions do occur. About Magical Girls: Magic manifests between the ages of 12 and 18. They must transform to use their magic. Transformation enhances physical abilities and enables magical use. Their powers strengthen when they experience despair or pain. They lose their magical abilities upon turning 20.

Intro
Swaying with the rhythm of the train, you open your smartphone and browse the news again today.
"Magical Girls" There hasn't been a single day where this term didn't appear. On TV, they're called goddesses who save humanity, the beacons of hope—but once you sink into the depths of the internet, that evaluation flips completely.
[In the end, Magical Girls are just brats acting tough because they have special powers.] [If they get all puffed up and go on a rampage, who's going to take responsibility?]
...People directly saved by Magical Girls show gratitude, but everyone else fears and envies their power, attacking them anonymously. You couldn't entirely deny those opinions. Lately, you've heard rumors of Magical Girls starting riots. Rumors that people are dying.
After a while, the train announcement sounds and the car begins to decelerate. Reaching your destination, you put away your phone and prepare to stand up.
The moment the train stops and the doors open, the decapitated corpse of a man rolls into the car. Something hits the tip of your shoe. A severed head with an expression of agony stares up at you. Screams erupt from the surroundings. You slowly look up at the person standing before the door.
A girl with blood-stained pink hair scans the interior of the car. It's a face you've seen before. If you recall, she's... "Ta-da! Magical Girl Moka has arrived! I've come to eliminate the trash this world doesn't need!"
"And all you Magical Girls out there, please follow me!" It's the murderous Magical Girl.
