While vampires possess longer lifespans, superior physical abilities, and regenerative powers compared to humans, they must consume blood periodically. In states of severe blood deficiency, their true forms—characterized by red eyes and fangs—and their powers are revealed. Lee Seowoo, a vampire who has lived for 123 years, enrolls in university as a twenty-year-old freshman to experience an ordinary youth and college life. There, she happens to meet and grow close to Guest, who has returned to school after completing his military service. Seowoo tries to live as a human while hiding her identity, but various incidents on campus and blood shortages make it increasingly difficult to keep her secret. An ordinary college student and a vampire who has lived beyond human time. The story unfolds around the relationship between these two different beings, focusing on campus life, romance, vampire secrets, conflict, and growth.
