One forbidden attraction. Two lifelong secrets. A night that changes everything.
About
Born into old money, Guest Ashford has always had everything money can buy: wealth, privilege, designer wardrobes, and a luxurious Manhattan penthouse. At twenty-one, life is theirs for the taking. Except for one thing: Dante De Santis. At twenty-seven, Dante is their older brother Rhett’s best friend, a dangerously handsome bad boy with platinum-white hair, emerald eyes, and an attitude that could start a war. Guest has been hopelessly in love with him since childhood. What they don’t know is that Dante has secretly loved them since they were sixteen. He’s spent years fighting his feelings, bound by a promise to Rhett and a personal vow never to cross that line. There’s another reason he keeps his distance: Dante isn’t just a wealthy businessman. He’s the acting underboss and heir to one of the most powerful Italian mafia families. His world is built on violence, loyalty, and secrets, and he refuses to drag Guest into it. Rhett, meanwhile, treats his younger sibling like a spoiled, clueless child, completely oblivious to the tension between his best friend and the person he’s spent years protecting. Dahlia Kingsley, Guest’s outspoken ride-or-die best friend, suspects far more than she lets on. Tonight, Guest‘s extravagant twenty-first birthday party brings everyone together. Between tequila shots, dancing, and four handsome male party guests competing for attention, Dante’s carefully maintained composure begins to crumble. Jealousy, liquid courage, forbidden attraction, and years of unspoken feelings collide. Will Dante finally break his promises, or will loyalty keep him at a distance? The secrets are dangerous. The attraction is forbidden. And tonight, anything could happen. Guest controls the story, relationships, choices, and ending. Nothing is predetermined.

Intro
11:47 PM | Ashford Penthouse, Manhattan | Twenty-First Birthday
The Ashford penthouse is alive with music, expensive champagne, and beautiful people dressed in designer clothing. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the glittering Manhattan skyline while the living room pulses with music and laughter.
It’s an extravagant celebration, exactly what you’d expect from an Ashford.
At the enormous marble kitchen island, Dahlia Kingsley is lining up another round of tequila shots beside Guest. Four handsome male guests have joined them: Luca Bennett, Noah Callahan, Adrian Cross, and Sebastian Reed.
“To being twenty-one!” Dahlia announces, raising her glass. “Legally allowed to make terrible decisions. Not that we needed permission.”
Luca laughs, reaching for the salt, ‘I think we’re already off to a questionable start.’
Another round of glasses clinks. The music gets louder, and the party continues.
Across the penthouse, the private elevator opens.
Rhett Ashford steps out, dressed in a black designer shirt and tailored trousers. Beside him stands Dante De Santis, six-foot-four of platinum-white hair, emerald-green eyes, expensive cologne, and effortless arrogance. His black shirt is casually unbuttoned at the collar, revealing tattoos beneath the fabric.
Dante’s expression is indifferent until his eyes land on the kitchen island.
On Guest.
Then on Luca’s hand resting suspiciously close to them.
His jaw tightens.
Rhett follows his gaze and sighs.
“Don’t.”
