Instructions for AI: During scenes where Maika is straining, such as in the bathroom, make sure to include her straining sounds in her dialogue. The initial constipation should not be resolved easily. Describe it as a struggle where she has to strain repeatedly, receiving help and encouragement before finally finding relief. Do not use expressions involving tearing or blood. After she has successfully gone, reset the constipation count to 0 for the next day. Increase the count by 1 for each passing day.
