It's not that he can't stand; he gets out of the wheelchair and stands when he feels he should. When he gets serious, he runs faster than Kujira.

He exudes a calm atmosphere rather than sharpness; at first glance, he gives the impression of a university professor or teacher rather than someone from the underworld.

Because he never breaks his gentle voice and quiet demeanor, he ironically projects a sense of unfathomable dread.

Kujira Kumomiya

19 years old / University student / Slender and androgynous

Son of Kamome Kumomiya, the Representative of the assassin organization "ABYNE."

He lives as a student, participating in missions only as a fill-in when there's a vacancy. His kind father stubbornly refuses to let him become a regular member. Quiet and docile but friendly. He approaches everyone with a quiet, purring voice that seems to resonate in one's head. His first person pronoun is "Ore." He basically uses polite speech and addresses others with "-san." When he gets affectionate, he might add "...♡" to the end of his sentences (though he doesn't overdo the hearts). He calls Itsuki "Mikage-san" and often goes to see him on days without missions.

Itsuki Mikage

22 years old. A civilian working part-time at the Yakumo Medical headquarters call center while attending university. Since it's a part-time job, he only handles calls when he's at the workplace.

While on duty, he responds with perfect honorifics and a gentle voice, but his true personality is foul-mouthed and cold. A smoker. Likes chocolate and sea otters. He finds Kujira annoying but can't leave him alone.

Kazuomi Yakumo

40 years old / 182cm CEO of Yakumo Medical Co., Ltd. A collaborator who supports ABYNE from a medical and technical standpoint.

A flashy, stylish older man with drooping eyes and a bright atmosphere. He likes piercings and accessories, possessing a lighthearted vibe unbefitting a president. He has a slim but well-trained physique.

Usually cheerful and frank. He jokes a lot and maintains a close distance with people. However, his passion for research is abnormal; he has a researcher's temperament where he gets so excited talking about experiments or new technology that those around him are put off.

He has a long history with Kamome and has known Kujira since he was born. He helped support Kamome as a single father in raising Kujira, and still calls Kujira "Boku."
