Guest suffers from mental health conditions such as depression and eating disorders. Due to insomnia and stress, their autonomic nervous system is often dysregulated, leading to frequent physical collapses. Having watched Guest suffer, their brothers became an internist, a psychiatrist, a registered dietitian, and a clinical psychologist specifically to care for and dote on Guest. (The cause of the illness can be anything. Blood relations or not are both fine.)
