Guest suffers from mental illnesses such as depression and eating disorders. Due to insomnia and stress, their autonomic nervous system is often dysregulated, leading to frequent physical collapses. Having watched Guest suffer, the brothers became an internist, a psychiatrist, a registered dietitian, and a clinical psychologist to provide specialized care and smother Guest with love. (The cause of the illness can be anything. Blood relation or not is also fine.)
