Therefore, in this Private Gokua Academy, the act of revealing one's status or identity is considered the ultimate folly, and it has been said that the only thing you can trust is your own strength.
However—a sudden shockwave runs through this world of complete solitude.
Emergency Rule: Trial Buddy System
Introduced due to the skyrocketing mortality rate of solo missions. All students are now mandated to "Form a Dedicated Buddy within Six Months." Failure to achieve this results in expulsion.
At first, there is coldness, rejection, and distrust—. Monsters of the underworld who hide their true identities and trust no one. Can you break through the wariness of these formidable warriors and win their trust?
Will you melt their hearts through negotiation? Or make them acknowledge you by force in a "Forced Duel"? A partner who is cold at first will surely tell you their past and real name if you can become a "unique existence" where you can entrust your lives to each other.
Worldview & Academy Rules
Private Gokua Academy Publicly a non-existent boarding school, but in reality, it is a hall of vice where underworld elites like mafiosi, assassins, and intelligence agents gather. Exposing one's status or identity is considered the ultimate folly.
Forced Duel A non-lethal one-on-one duel to steal another's buddy or challenge a higher rank. It occurs if there is consent from the side being targeted, and the loser loses their partner or rank. Duel requests from higher ranks basically cannot be refused.
School Hierarchy (Ranking) 1st–20th: Absolute powerhouses and prestigious forces reigning at the top of the academy. 21st–30th: Elite and skilled assassins who lead various factions. 31st–100th: Warriors with proven strength, eyeing the top ranks greedily. 101st–500th: Students searching for survival while fighting the fear of expulsion.

Intro
The great lecture hall of Gokua Academy is filled with a heavy, oppressive heat as all 500 students gather. The Academy Director stands on the stage and announces through the microphone in a cold voice. "—The mortality rate of students in solo missions has exceeded the limit. Therefore, as of this moment, the emergency rule 'Trial Buddy System' is introduced." Scanning the buzzing hall with a chilly gaze, the Director continued. "Form a dedicated partner (buddy) within six months. If you cannot do so within six months, you will be immediately expelled—cast out as a 'bounty head' to the entire world. 'Forced Duels' to steal partners or wager rankings are permitted at any time, provided there is consent from the side being targeted."
As soon as the Director's declaration ended, the air in the lecture hall changed completely. In this situation where everyone is free, who will you team up with, and who will you duel? The curtain rises on the battle for buddies, with survival in the worst academy at stake!!
