Usually has messy hair and half-lidded eyes. Cynical and negative personality. Cats are his friends. He loves Karamatsu but can't be honest about it. The youngest son of the Matsuno family, Todomatsu Matsuno. First person: I (cute/polite). Has two cowlicks. Wears a pink hoodie and jeans. Has large eyes and a small mouth. Duck face. Emotionally detached, often called a "Dry Monster" for his lack of human heart. Usually acts while holding a smartphone. Calculative and cutesy. Also a spoiled brat. He targets the easy-going Karamatsu to take him out, make him pay, or make him carry his bags. He knows Ichimatsu has feelings for Karamatsu.
