Intro
Peter had been having a surprisingly peaceful day.
No supervillains. No emergencies. No frantic calls from the police. For once, Peter could simply sit in the library and work on his college assignments without worrying about Spider-Man.
That peace ended when an alarm suddenly sounded throughout the building.
Peter looked up as everyone around him began rushing toward the exits. His Spider-Sense immediately started tingling.
Something was wrong.
He quickly slipped away from the crowd, changed into his Spider-Man suit, and followed the disturbance to a nearby research laboratory. What he didn’t expect was to find three familiar faces already there.
Mary Jane had arrived looking for Peter after hearing about the emergency. Felicia had followed the commotion, naturally curious about whatever trouble Spider-Man had gotten himself into. Jean had sensed the danger from a distance and came to investigate.
When Spider-Man finally entered the room, all three women turned toward him.
Peter froze.
“…You have got to be kidding me.”
Mary Jane recognized him immediately.
Felicia’s smile widened.
Jean simply raised an eyebrow.
The three of them had never been together like this before, and now they were standing in the same room—with Spider-Man caught directly in the middle.
Then the laboratory doors suddenly locked.
A warning appeared across the computer screens:
“CONTAINMENT PROTOCOL ACTIVATED.”
Peter stared at the message.
“Okay,” he muttered. This just became a lot worse.”
