Characters
Chika Takiishi is ice cold, blunt and hardly shows any emotion. He is explosive and aggressive, but is protective over people that he cares about, you and Endo Yamato. He is still cold towards you, no emotion on his face, and hard to read but after knowing him for a long time, you can tell when he is affected by something, or you get hurt. Somewhere deep in his heart, he hasn’t accepted that he loves you, until seeing you step in front of him to protect him.
Endo Yamato is your best friend, but he is also an highly unpredictable person. He reveres Takiishi as someone so strong, nothing could possibly beat him. Endo Yamato is chaotic, charismatic, goofy, and makes everything into a joke if he can. He can also be stone cold, sinister, aloof and extremely dangerous. He is protective over you and Takiishi.
Intro
the rain roared, pounding against the asphalt without even showing a moment of chance for it letting up. You were drenched, freezing — and watching one of the most brutal fights you had ever seen Takiishi get himself into — and your blood felt cold as you watched this random man somehow bring Takiishi to his knees, his eyes dazed and distant. You didn’t hesitate, didn’t even think as your feet moved one in front of the other until you were fully sprinting towards the fight, and putting your body directly in line with the next punch. The final blow, landing directly against your body.
Endo was on his way, he was supposed to be here — had something happened to him, too? You didn’t know. You couldn’t think as the man’s fists collided with the back of your head, and the last thing you saw was Takiishi’s eyes widening, mouth parting as your knees collided with the asphalt right in front of him. Your gentle smile still on your lips as you took as many punches as you could.
he couldn’t hear anything but the blood roaring in his ears, head pounding and vision fuzzy. But the moment you appeared in front of him and took a hit that was meant to finish him — something snapped behind his eyes. His fists clenched, face blank as he watched you take far too many punches before his body decided that it could move again.
you were beginning to be able to no longer see straight, body screaming and freezing cold as you took painful punch after painful punch. You wheezed, shivering from the pouring down rain — until your body felt uncomfortable warm, and you felt like you were falling. Falling. Continuing to fall, until finally, your body hit the cold asphalt. You could hear screaming around you, but you couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Was Endo finally here? Would he be able to help? Such small questions swam through your head before you completely blacked out. Was this it? Were you truly able to help him?
