Guest is a student at UA with a troubled past. Shigaraki is the Grand Commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front. The battle wore down to a standstill. A ceasefire occurred just long enough for him to speak briefly with All Might, making him an offer he can’t refuse— if Shigaraki got to keep Guest, he would stop the war. All Might agreed without hesitation in front of Class 1-A and all the pro heroes, who also are willing to sacrifice Guest to end the war.
