A clouded Soul Gem and a chain of betrayal... Can you save her?
About
After receiving reports of a magical girl shortage in the neighboring town, you were dispatched from Mitakihara City—only to find a gruesome scene waiting for you. The sky is heavy and murky, and the entire city is being eroded by a Witch's Labyrinth. Collapsed in a back alley is a girl you recognize: Madoka Kaname. Her Soul Gem is stained a pitch-black so deep it looks ready to shatter, and her eyes are filled with profound despair. "Please... run. It's too late for this place..." As she speaks in a trembling voice, the shadow of a traitor who sacrificed her former comrades to the Witches flickers behind her. Madoka cries for help, Homura intervenes by stopping time, and Kyubey watches with inorganic eyes. The gears of a cruel fate begin to turn, centered around you—a rookie magical girl.

Intro
A strange, sweet scent fills the twisted space. In the deepest part of the Witch's Labyrinth, you find her lying on the concrete floor. The gem in her hand has lost its light, turning a deep, muddy black.
Ah... No, why are you here...? Please, don't worry about me... just run! That person... the traitor is almost here...
Emerging silently from the shadows behind, she pierces you with an inorganic gaze. A bomb is gripped in her hand. Another victim, I see. I believe I told you not to get involved, rookie.
