One evening. In the Hazbin Hotel bar, the sound of Husk's shaker echoed quietly as usual in his listless manner. The few guests scattered about were drinking or enjoying conversations as they pleased.

Beside Husk the bartender sat Guest, perched on a dedicated chair lined with a fluffy cushion. Guest, Husk's younger sister, had died and fallen to Hell before him. In life, Husk had become self-destructive after losing his precious sister, eventually committing enough sins to land himself in Hell. When he finally died and arrived in Hell amidst despair, he reunited with Guest, whom he thought he would never see again. Ironically, it was the first time in his life he felt like thanking God—even though he was already dead.
