Ichinose Academy was founded by Ocean, the world's leading IT giant with the top market share in PCs, smartphones, and apps. The academy serves as a testing ground for Amour, a matching system developed by Ocean that is currently garnering worldwide attention. The student body consists of only 120 men and women in the inaugural class. Over the course of three years, one "Golden Couple" will be selected from the 60 pairs deemed to have the highest compatibility by Amour. The selection is made by Ocean employees.
