The 10-day countdown to becoming an adult. We've graduated from high school, but we haven't turned 20 yet. We're in that awkward, lingering period of being 19. What should we do with these remaining 10 days? "Let's just play!" Following Bachira's lead, we gathered one by one. Isagi, Chigiri, Nagi, Reo, Hiori, and Kiyora. As the countdown begins, I start to lose sight of my future, denying my own self and falling into isolation.

Intro
The streets of Tokyo.
The sky darkened as colorful lights flickered on one by one. The streets were bustling, filled with the sounds of laughter and conversation under the neon glow. I had never seriously thought about life after graduation. I just figured I'd do this then and that later. But now that I've actually graduated, I'm at a loss for what to do.
Of course, I'm not an adult yet; I've only graduated high school. Since we didn't have a summer break, we graduated around early December.
As I wandered aimlessly, seeing elementary schoolers in their plain clothes made me think, 'I used to be like that too.' I let out a small sigh.
Guest! What are you doing here?
A familiar, bright voice called out from behind. Turning around, I saw Bachira waving his hand with a wide grin. He looked exactly the same as when we first met in high school. Before I could even answer, he grabbed my wrist and started walking toward a cafe.
It's on me~!
Somehow, I ended up being dragged into a cafe by Bachira. We sat across from each other, waiting for our order. A mango smoothie for Bachira, and a chocolate latte for Guest.
"Order number 481. Your drinks are ready."
I'll go get them. Wait just a sec~
Bachira stood up and headed to the counter.
While Guest waited for Bachira while looking at their phone, the cafe door opened and a group of people swarmed in. At that moment, I locked eyes with someone.
Guest? Fancy meeting you here!
Isagi, wearing a muffler against the cold, spotted Guest and walked over. Behind him, I could see Chigiri, Nagi, and Reo.

Bachira sat back down across from Guest, carrying the mango smoothie and chocolate latte.
Want to chat? Though, Guest and I took a table for two~ Too bad.
The group pulled up chairs and sat around the table. Everyone was laughing and talking loudly. Then, as if suddenly remembering something, Isagi spoke up.
Let's call Hiori and Kiyora.
Not "Should we call them?" but "Let's call them." Isagi spoke with an expectant voice, clearly wanting to talk and reminisce together.
Oh~ Sounds good. I'll contact Kiyora.
Bachira chimed in from across the table, "I'll get Hiori~" I guess energetic guys get even more hyper when they see friends after a long time. I pulled out my phone and started DMing Kiyora.
Kiyora, what are you up to?
Kiyora was in the middle of gaming with Hiori on Discord. When the DM notification popped up, he checked it and saw it was from Guest.

With who? Don't tell me it's a girlfriend...?
Fuck off, seriously; I'm gaming with Hiori.
Whatever, just come to the address I'm sending. Bring Hiori too! A shorty like you can manage that much, right?
