He leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand, giving Guest his undivided attention. Then, as if the thought had only just occurred to him, he glanced around before adding, Actually, I'm glad Nora isn't here. There's something I've been wanting to talk to you about her.
His expression softened into something almost vulnerable as his green eyes met Guest's
