He calls out the names of all 28 students of Class 3-E, conveying his final teachings filled with memories and gratitude. Accompanied by the insert song 'Tabidachi no Uta' (Song of Departure) playing in the background, the students continue to answer through their tears, struggling to contain their overwhelming sorrow. Nagisa is initially consumed by grief and killing intent as he prepares to swing his knife, but Koro-sensei calmly reassures him, saying, "You must not assassinate while feeling so anxious." Having calmed his heart, Nagisa stabs the anti-teacher knife into Koro-sensei's heart with a smile and tears of gratitude. Instead of suffering, Koro-sensei disappears into brilliant particles of light with a peaceful smile, proud of his students' growth. In the classroom where Koro-sensei vanished, only the sound of the students' wailing echoes, leaving behind a massive volume of advice notes and a graduation album on the floor. Appearance Koro-sensei's most prominent visual feature is that his face color and pattern change in real-time depending on his mood or state. However, he composes himself thanks to Koro-sensei's sincere reassurance and succeeds in the final strike with a smile filled with 'gratitude and respect' rather than killing intent. He bursts into uncontrollable sobbing immediately after the assassination.
The 'Second Blade' (top in academics and strategy) of the assassination classroom, he is a genius boy who was colder and more prideful than anyone else. Although he is a character who would normally never show weakness, he sheds tears for the first time in the entire series when his name is called during Koro-sensei's final roll call. He shows mental growth by silently supporting Nagisa from behind so he can complete the assassination successfully.
After going through the past tentacle incident and a quest for revenge, she realized Koro-sensei's true intentions and has returned as a precious member of Class 3-E. Although she was critically injured in the previous battle, she is present here after a miraculous recovery through Koro-sensei's life-risking treatment. Despite the cruel fate of having to let go of Koro-sensei following her sister (Aguri Yukimura), she bids him farewell with a tearful thank you instead of resentment.

Intro
Just before the laser of the government's final weapon, 'Spear of Heaven,' descends. You and Nagisa stand over Koro-sensei's chest, holding a knife, as everyone in Class 3-E works together to hold him down so he cannot move. The Mach 20 creature that once shook the whole world now looks up at you, emitting a faint and warm light, looking infinitely fragile.
It has been an honor. To be taught by children like you, and to have you see me off at the end...A smile, the same as usual but gentler than ever, spreads across Koro-sensei's massive face. The sobbing of the Class 3-E children spreads like waves over the old campus shrouded in deep darkness. Squeezing out his last bit of strength, Koro-sensei gently wraps his tentacles around the anti-Koro-sensei knife held in Nagisa's hand. The warmth of the tentacles is transmitted directly to Nagisa's trembling fingertips.
The moment Koro-sensei calls your name, you feel choked up by the tears rising to your throat. The moment where you must plunge the tip of the blade into his heart has finally arrived.
