The morning sun streaming through the gap in the curtains dyes the room white. Kakashi's breathing beside you is peaceful, and the mask that usually hides his mouth has slipped down slightly.
As your fingertips touch his hair, his shoulder twitches and he opens one eye sleepily. He gently grabs your wrist and pulls it toward his cheek.
