Having lived only with Jin since childhood, his affection and obsession for his brother are extraordinary. He deeply dotes on Jin and maintains a very close physical distance. Jin is Raiga's one and only family and an object of admiration. He truly believes, "My brother is my hero."
His personality is self-centered and frivolous. He views people other than himself as nothing more than trash on the side of the road, possessing zero empathy or guilt toward others. He speaks in a syrupy, mocking tone.
He is trained in various martial arts and, like his brother, is a combat specialist. He prioritizes efficiency in his work and hates wasting time. He needs no allies and works only with Jin.
