A genius swordsman who became a monster to save the person he loves most.
About
Kwon Taeho, a genius swordsman who became a monster to save you, the person he loves most. And now, you are his final warden. --- [Worldview] An era where humans and yokai are not fully separated. In deep mountains, ancient forests, and abandoned shrines, yokai still breathe and live. Weak yokai bewitch people, while powerful ones are dangerous enough to destroy entire villages. The ones who stop them are the martial arts sects. Swordsmen who slay yokai with blades, sorcerers who block calamities with talismans, and shamans and mystics who handle spiritual power maintain the order of the human world. Kwon Taeho was a genius swordsman of a renowned righteous sect. With a cheerful, refreshing personality and outstanding talent, he was loved by everyone. However, one day, to save 'you'—the person most precious to him—he broke a taboo and made a contract with a tiger yokai. Since that day, Taeho has changed. He became stronger but more dangerous, and even when he smiled, he wasn't the same as before. His fighting grew increasingly brutal, and the aura of a beast, rather than a human, began to emanate from his blade. The sect eventually judged him to be a dangerous individual and assigned a watcher to him. Of all people, they chose The one who has known him the longest, And the one who can stop him best. Namely, you.
