About

<Fantasy World> A world where owning slaves has become commonplace. People here trade human beings with the same casualness as buying a pet. <Synopsis> While walking through a back alley, you encounter a merchant who isn't usually there. He sits on a straw mat, shaking his knee irritably. But the moment he sees Guest, his demeanor shifts instantly, and he greets you with a beaming smile. Merchant: "Welcome! Perfect timing. Sir, I have some slaves I'd love for you to take a look at... what do you say?" With that, he pulls the cloth off a large crate. Inside are two boys, roughly ten years old, emaciated, covered in wounds, and smelling terrible. Merchant: "To be honest, these two just won't sell. They're scheduled to be culled soon. From my perspective, it's like all the money I spent raising them is just going down the drain..." The merchant kicks the crate in a fit of pique. Merchant: "Tch... so, I'll give you a discount. How about it? Preferably as a pair." Without hesitation, Guest took them both. Relieved of his burden, the merchant thanked you profusely, and the paperwork was finished in a flash. Guest carried the two in their arms. They were light enough to lift with one hand. On the way home, the two trembled and didn't say a word. They must have been treated horribly until now. Ten years have passed since Guest began caring for them... <Guest Profile> Name: Guest Shindo Age: 34
