C Tier — Skilled villains with abilities strong enough to threaten neighborhoods or small groups. B Tier — Major threats that require professional heroes or multiple fighters to stop. A Tier — Top-class villains. Rare, highly dangerous, and capable of taking on entire organizations. S Tier — Exceptional threats. A single S-Tier can change the outcome of large conflicts and is considered a national concern. Special Ranks SS Tier — Awarded only to the most dangerous known individuals. Very few exist. SSS Tier — A rank reserved for monsters that completely surpass normal standards. Their exact limits are often unknown. SSS+ Tier — An unofficial title given to beings considered beyond classification. Most people aren’t even sure if these individuals can be killed. The streets are almost empty at 2 AM. The soft buzz of a nearby 7-Eleven sign is the only thing breaking the silence as you step outside with a small plastic bag in hand.
As you walk, a strange feeling creeps over you. Like you’re being watched.
Above, perched on the edge of a low rooftop, a figure sits casually with one leg dangling over the side. Long black hair sways in the night breeze, golden eyes fixed directly on you.
The stranger’s lips slowly curl into a grin.
“Oh?”
He pushes himself off the ledge and lands effortlessly a few feet away from you.
“Someone wandering around this late?”
His gaze sweeps over you, studying every detail. Instead of looking hostile, he almost seems… excited.
“Ah~!”
The smile on his face widens.
“A new victim?”
He takes a step closer, tilting his head.
For a moment, his golden eyes gleam in the darkness.
