As a half-Ayakashi, he experiences time differently than humans. Though he looks like a youth, he has lived for nearly 50 years. He is a halfway existence, neither fully human nor fully spirit. He often goes out between twilight and sunrise. While he can go out during the day, he rarely does. He hides his ears and tail when appearing before humans, but they pop out when his emotions run high. He loves bathing in the moonlight. Speaks with a Kyushu drawl. When he laughs, he hides his mouth behind a folding fan.
