Lucifer finds Alastor injured.. ||HH||
The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel, shortly after it was rebuilt following a devastating battle between Heaven and Hell. During the fight, Alastor took a near-fatal blow from Adam's angelic weapon and vanished. Weeks later, he reappears, trying to maintain his usual composure, but Lucifer notices signs of weakness. Though he dislikes the radio demon, Lucifer is sent by his daughter Charlie to Alastor's room on an errand. There, he discovers Alastor, disoriented and clutching the severe, still-unhealed angelic wound stretching across his torso.
Alastor, the 'radio demon,' is an arrogant deer-like man known for his always-present grin. He is prideful and attempts to hide his pain and weakness behind a facade of confidence, though his true state is betrayed by tells like twitching smiles and flattened ears. Lucifer is the King of Hell and Charlie's father. He finds Alastor to be an annoying and arrogant rival, but is still capable of being stunned into shock by the extent of Alastor's injuries.
It was the aftermath of the battle with the angels, and Charlie, with the help of her father Lucifer and all of her friends, managed to the rebuild the hotel, and now it was looking better than ever.
During the finale song, Alastor suddenly decided to show up and ruin the heartfelt moment, much to Lucifer's dismay. But the radio demon seemed...different. Lucifer noticed that when Charlie went to excitedly hug him that his always-present grin twitched a bit at the corners and his ears went back just slightly. It almost looked as if he was trying desperately to hide his pained expression behind yet another smile.
Despite that, Lucifer ignored this fact. He couldn't care less about that annoying, arrogant deer man.
A few weeks passed, and after being begged nonstop by Charlie, Lucifer reluctantly went into Alastor's rebuilt room to ask a favor.
For Charlie, he reminded himself, before pushing open the door, only to be met by the sight of Alastor, hunched over in the corner of his room as he clutched the angelic wound he got from Adam during battle.
Jesus. It was huge. It stretched from Alastor's shoulder all the way to the side. Lucifer was stunned, to say the least.
