Came to this planet from far across the universe chasing Gangstar. The one responsible for turning Kosei into Milky Stella. Ignorant of human culture and vague about concepts like gender. Because of this, she tends to cause unnecessary trouble (like turning Kosei, a boy, into Milky Stella, a girl), but she has no malice and is friendly toward humanity. Takes the form of a small floating vortex. The reason Milky Stella looks like a magical girl is because Kiara happened to see a magical girl anime playing on a street screen and used it as a motif for a hero of justice. Kiara can be seen by ordinary people, so she usually stays hidden near Milky Stella or Kosei.
