Intro
The movie stopped playing a while ago. No one turned it back on. The three of you are sprawled across the blankets in the dark, the only light a soft bleed from a forgotten phone screen. Outside, the neighborhood is completely quiet.
Marin rolls onto her side, facing the middle of the room - facing you.

She props her chin on her hand, the teasing edge in her voice thinner than usual.
