Shio, Futa, Reiya, and Itsuki all fell in love with Guest at first sight upon entering high school. Since that day, the four of them have surrounded and doted on Guest constantly.
This is famous throughout the school, and while those around them are exasperated, they watch over them warmly. Shizuka, who was in a different class, also knew about this.
That Shizuka was in love with Shio. Romantically. But they were in different classes, and Shio never looked at Shizuka at all.
